technology in our lives


Technology sucks. Actually, technology is pretty cool when it works. I'm a geek, I work in the technology industry, and I ought to love technology. For the most part, I do. But too often, technology doesn't work. Things that are meant to simplify our lives actually make them more complicated. In the worst cases, we mortal humans are forced to change our behavior to match the expectations of computer software and machines. And in the best cases, everything works the way it should.
